A community platform for young talent

Helping young people discover what they can become.

Tujenge Stars works with schools, families, mentors and community partners to identify talent, provide structured development and create meaningful opportunities in sports, governance, debates and the creative arts.

What the platform createsClear pathways from discovery to development, participation and recognition.

Why Tujenge Stars exists

Talent is often visible. Opportunity is not always available.

Many young people already have ability, curiosity and ambition, but they may lack structured training, trusted mentorship, places to practise, opportunities to be seen, or records that show how far they have grown.

Tujenge Stars helps schools and communities close that gap. We organize development around the whole young person, rather than treating one competition or one performance as the end of the journey.

Three connected development pathways

Different talents. One supportive community.

Each program has its own activities and specialist support, while students, schools and families remain connected through one clear platform.

01
Sports development

Build skill, discipline, teamwork and long-term athlete growth.

Schools can organize teams, register participants, coordinate training, join competitions, document results and preserve each athlete's progress beyond a single match.

02
Governance and debates

Help young people communicate clearly and lead with confidence.

Students take part in debates, public-speaking sessions, civic learning, leadership forums, mentorship and school-based activities that strengthen critical thinking.

03
Creative talent

Turn expression into a growing body of work and opportunity.

Young creators can develop music, film, dance, photography, art, fashion, acting, poetry, spoken word and other creative work through guided practice and showcases.

The people who make development possible

A platform designed around shared responsibility.

Young talent grows when schools, families, mentors, administrators and partners understand their role and can work together without confusion.

Students and participants

Build a meaningful record of growth.

Create a profile, submit talent, join approved opportunities, collect achievements and follow a development journey that can continue over time.

Schools and teachers

Coordinate development from one place.

Register students, manage teams and clubs, join programs, communicate with families, record participation and download useful reports.

Families and guardians

Stay informed and support safely.

Review consent requests, follow upcoming events, update important information and celebrate verified progress for linked children.

Mentors and partners

Turn expertise and support into opportunity.

Offer guidance, support events, contribute resources and help create pathways that extend beyond the school environment.

A continuous talent journey

Progress should be visible, understandable and worth celebrating.

The platform follows development from the first point of discovery through verification, training, mentorship, participation, showcase, recognition and future opportunities.
